
INGREDIENTS:
CHICKPEA FLOUR(BESAN) 60 GM
OATS FLOUR 30 GM
BEETROOT GRATED 80 GM
ONION 30 GM
CABBAGE 30 GM
FLAXSEED POWDER 1 TBSP
SALT According to taste
WATER As per required to make batter consistency
Recipe:
In a bowl, add basen,oat flour and salt and give it a mix.
Add beetroot,cabbage, onion. Mix them well
Slowly Add water and mix until smooth. (Not runny)
Add flax seed powder and remove any lumps
Heat a non-stick pan on medium
Pour batter with a ladle in the middle and let it spread naturally.
Flip when slightly crispy on one side.
Remove and serve hot.
