Beetroot pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • CHICKPEA FLOUR(BESAN) 60 GM

  • OATS FLOUR 30 GM

  • BEETROOT GRATED 80 GM

  • ONION 30 GM

  • CABBAGE 30 GM

  • FLAXSEED POWDER 1 TBSP

  • SALT According to taste

  • WATER As per required to make batter consistency










Recipe:

  1. In a bowl, add basen,oat flour and salt and give it a mix.

  2. Add beetroot,cabbage, onion. Mix them well

  3. Slowly Add water and mix until smooth. (Not runny)

  4. Add flax seed powder and remove any lumps

  5. Heat a non-stick pan on medium

  6. Pour batter with a ladle in the middle and let it spread naturally.

  7. Flip when slightly crispy on one side.

  8. Remove and serve hot.
